Just completed 3 weeks and hiked 192 miles. The cold weather has created some problems but overall things are good. Today cold rainy weather forced me to take day off but will be back on trail early tomorrow. My legs and backs have been strong and hiking has been enjoyable. NJ has been a beautiful state to hike and keeps changing so you don't get bored. I have been having some problem with blog, hope this post.

Man...and the forecast for the next week is not looking any better. There's an "omega" block coming to the central US that will create a low in the northeast. This means you will experience cool air coming down from Canada. Let us know if you need another pair of thermals!
